Greg Fleming is the principal partner in Delta Training with over 25 years of experience in OH&S. Greg has worked on a variety of aspects of OH&S including, Risk Assessments of all plant and procedures, Injury management, Work Cover claims management, OH&S training to both employees and management, induction design and delivery and policy and procedure development.
Greg's approach to both training and OH&S consultancy is to provide a balanced and common sense approach, where participants are actively involved in the whole process. By simplifying the methods and procedures all parties are able to understand the system and therefore are more likely to take ownership of the safety plan. Greg's knowledge of OH&S issues is diverse and he consults to a variety of industries including, building and construction, manufacturing, farming and general businesses.
